Disabled room option kept clean Breakfast, wonderful selection of options, clean lobby Elevators Exercise room, equipment terrific, and room clean Respectful staff and helpful, answered questions, especially at lobby desk, breakfast staff helpful and kept area clean, and room cleaning employees very trustworthy and very competent in cleaning room. One incident, when traveler came to breakfast not wearing shirt, and making loud argumentative attention seeking noise, when staff told him to wear proper clothing in lobby area. All travelers eating breakfast, from what we saw at the time, appreciated the lobby staff desk in asking the traveler, who left the breakfast area, to dress properly.

The room was large and very nice, very clean. we had a large sofa and a large TV that could be adjusted toward the sofa or bed. The staff were very friendly and loved the dog we brought. the breakfast had many options and was excellent. the pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. also the fitness room was large and offered more than what is typical at hotels.

Breakfast was good. They provided a lot of choices in terms of food options. Would like better options for coffee. I also was able to charge my electric vehicle overnight to a full charge which made the time it takes to keep my car working less on the road.

My husband enjoyed the breakfast--pancakes, waffles. Our dog enjoyed the bacon and sausage :D Nice that they allow dogs. I'm gluten free by necessity not choice, so I appreciated the fruit and hard-boiled eggs. Pool was nice, room was nice.

I liked that it was family friendly. The staff were welcoming and the housekeeping did a fantastic job at keeping the place looking and smelling great. Close to restaurants, businesses and close to the I494 ramps.
